No longer a survivor

I am.. well was.. in a Scrap survivor competition - until last night when out of nowhere my pick Liliana got voted out :o( Oh well - it was fun while it lasted.
Today was stamp camp and here are the other 4 projects we made (the 5th was the umbrella card I showed yesterday).

This one uses the Designer Label punch and stamps that I bought when the new SU catalog came out and I realized that I really haven't used it a whole lot. It also uses the SU Sweet Shoppe ribbon which I love. The paper colors are gable green, almost amethyst and apricot appeal.

This is a double slider card which is a lot of fun to make and much simpler than it looks. As you pull the top "Happy birthday" part out, the secont message comes out of hiding from behind the front panel of the card. The colors are marigold morning, cranberry crisp and close to cocoa and it uses the polka dots and paisley set which is part of SU's Spring Fever Promotion

This card was from a make-and-take kit that I purchased from SU and uses the doodle this stamp set and the new rounded tab punch.

And the last one was a fun project - a jumbo paper clip bookmark. I got the paper clips at Staples (they came in a pack of 10) and then used chipboard for the flower with a Prima flower in the center. I stuck the front to the back and to the paperclip using the pop-up gluedots.

Okay so now all I have left to do is my swaps for next Saturday, prepare for Technique Tuesday, a Tuesday night stamp camp, a bloggers chocolate swap with Melissa, the 40 cards for my librarian, and my sisters wedding invitations..... I think I can, I think I can, I think........

you can do it, you can do it, you can do it! I feel the same way about you where Liliana is concerned. I thought she was a good player and sad to see her, and you go! Great cards and that paper clip! Wow!
