Have you seen this yet? You can read all the details here My neighbor told me about it and I HAD to get one and it is the cutest thing ever. The kids love looking for the elf every morning to see where he has landed and a simple reminder that "Krinkle" is watching does wonders (for the moment anyway...) My husband is enjoying finding a spot for Krinkle to sit every night as much as the kids enjoy looking for him. I wish we had him years ago!
