Bird giveaway

It's giveaway day!!! Today I will be giving away this little bird - one from the collection I am making for the bird exchange

DSC00013

The top is linen and his little tummy is made from a beautiful asian print decorator fabric.

All you need to do to be entered is to leave a comment telling us what your favorite handmade gift was that you gave or received this Christmas. I will draw a name tomorrow morning from all the people that enter today. Don't forget to check out the list of other birds being given away. Happy bird hunting!

I made several hats for this winter. I enjoyed making them immensely and I think the recipients felt the love and prayers that went into every stitch.

I made my sister a quilt (only the 2nd one I had ever completed). She lives 2000km away and I wasn't able to see her over the holidays - so I mailed it - she LOVES it!
