Tally scrapping

Got my papers from Tallyscrapper yesterday and I LOVE them - they are from the Precious Metals line from We R Memories. I had thoughts of taking a photo of the papers before I started cutting into them but they didn't last long enough.....

This is the first thing I made

A long card with a matching envelope using SU's 5 in 1 envelope template. I love using double sided paper to make these envelopes and how cool is it to be able to match everything like that! The flower is from the SU Sellebration scrapping kit that I was using on the lunch tins.

This is what I made next

The colors didn't come out well in the photo and I am really starting to wish I had a 12x12 scanner! But anyway - the photo is my sister Monique (love you) with my kids the last time we went home (to Australia) in 2005. We had a fun day at the Power House museum in Sydney and were having a lunch break. Seeing my sister with my kids makes me more than a little homesick - wish they were together a whole lot more than once every 2 or 3 years :o(
I still have paper left so I am hoping to be able to make some more stuff today - it's raining and it's the last day of school before spring break so I think it's a good day for the kids to chill out when they get home and watch some TV and let me scrap - pizza tonight sounds like it's on the menu too.....
Have a great weekend!
